Our Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience at LK Cosmetic Tattoo, we have established the following booking policy. Please take a moment to read through this policy before scheduling your appointment.
1. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will go toward your total appointment cost.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be forfeited.
2. Booking Process

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or directly via Instagram or Facebook. Once we receive your booking request and deposit, you will receive a confirmation via email or text with all appointment details.

We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
3. Payments

We offer cash payments or bank deposit payment only, sorry we do not offer Eftpos in salon.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
4. Minimum Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book any cosmetic tattoo service.
5. Pre-Appointment Care & Preparation

For optimal results, clients should follow pre-care instructions provided at the time of booking. This may include avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and certain skincare products before your session. Failing to follow these instructions may affect the outcome of your procedure.
6. Health and Medical Disclosure

To provide safe and high-quality services, we ask clients to disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications prior to their appointment. Please notify us if you have any recent skin treatments (e.g., chemical peels, laser) or conditions that may affect healing.
7. Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to complete any required forms and settle in before your appointment. Arriving late may cut into your scheduled service time or require rescheduling.
8. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment without any penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Please check our Cancellation Policy for more info.
